We are currently seeking a Production Team Supervisor for our line 7 operations. The role involves a commitment of 42 hours per week, with shifts from 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00, accompanied by a competitive salary and a weekly shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize daily work schedules for the team.
- Maintain a focus on delivery, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor hourly performance and take necessary actions.
- Collect data to facilitate process and reliability enhancements.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage team attendance and performance.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and identify performance-related actions.
- Coordinate support for equipment breakdowns.
- Oversee overtime management and verification.
- Support departmental activities related to change controls and audits.
- Coordinate training within the department, ensuring accurate training records.
- Take overall responsibility for shift performance and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and collaborate with the Quality department as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to hold team members accountable
- Proven track record of team delivery
- In-depth knowledge of GMP practices
- Commitment to quality delivery
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with LEAN and 6S methodologies
