Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Working experience within a Service Advisor role
- Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer-focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of up to £25,750 with an OTE of circa £30,500, plus a performance-related bonus providing additional annual earnings of up to £4,800.
