As the Engineering Team Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring the engineering team, facilitating high-level architectural decisions and design strategies while upholding technical standards, tools, and implementations. You will work alongside Product Owners to devise technological solutions that align with business objectives, participating in planning and estimation sessions, and taking charge of Technical Architecture and strategic roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor software engineers and technical leaders.
- Establish and uphold rigorous standards for software development practices, code quality, and delivery excellence.
- Lead and nurture a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of craftsmanship, meticulousness, and continuous improvement.

- Implement and refine agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and effective software development and delivery processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing software engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing software engineering teams in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong technical foundation with comprehensive knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack, C#, .Net, Azure On-Prem, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in software engineering.
- A passion for driving technical innovation and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships.
