Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams to design and implement relevant training content, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure course materials are up-to-date, engaging, and effective.
- Lead the development and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum, focusing on building leadership skills and capabilities.
- Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, providing data-driven insights to inform future initiatives.
- Contribute to additional People and Culture projects as needed, leveraging your expertise to drive business results.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape leadership development strategies, ensuring they align with our organization's goals and objectives.
