About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing company based in the south of Guildford, is seeking a talented finance professional to join their team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by providing financial expertise and support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Finance Controller to develop and implement financial strategies and processes
  • Work closely with IT and operations teams to improve systems and processes
  • Drive data quality, reporting, and insights to inform business decisions
  • Support the implementation of the new ERP system, SAP
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and process efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
What We Offer
