About the Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside classroom teachers to manage behaviour and develop positive relationships with students
- Provide one-to-one mentoring to students in an inclusion room setting
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
