Compensation
This is a full-time role, offering a competitive annual salary based on experience, with potential earnings reaching up to £49,700 per annum FTE.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Primary Care Nurse, your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team to provide a nurse-led service aimed at minimizing hospital admissions.
- Conducting medication rounds, managing controlled substances, responding to emergencies, assessing patient needs, and performing initial screenings.
