This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized individual eager to take charge of Office Coordination responsibilities.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
  • Compensation: £23,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for employees and management, efficiently addressing and escalating employment-related inquiries.
  • Support for Staff and Parents: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve queries from staff and parents.
  • Mail Management: Organize and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to on-site health and safety regulations.
  • Visitor Reception: Welcome and assist all visitors with professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the People Team with various administrative functions.
  • Internal Communication: Draft and disseminate communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents for key meetings.
  • Call Management: Direct calls to relevant support teams such as IT, Finance, and Sales.
  • Back Office Assistance: Update systems, manage menu information, and perform general office tasks.
  • Relationship Development: Build effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Fleet Management: Assist in overseeing the company fleet.
  • Training Coordination: Support the administration of training programs.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support for various projects as directed by the Chief People Officer.
