About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our Therapies Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide systemic assessments and interventions to young people and their families, working within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Support staff development through training, consultation, and reflective practice sessions, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to service developments within the Therapies Team and wider service, ensuring that our care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, including multidisciplinary risk management and crisis planning.
  • Monitor clinical progress through regular reviews of systemic treatment, ensuring that our care is evidence-based and effective.
Requirements
  • Completed a Qualifying course in Systemic Psychotherapy at Master's or doctorate level, accredited by the AFT.
  • Registration with UKCP.
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families presenting with complex mental health needs, high-risk behaviours, and neurodevelopmental conditions in a CAMHS setting.
