We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Leader to join our team at A Star Education Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a background in Education and Behaviour, with a strong track record of supporting students and staff in a school setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. They will be a team player, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the school and its community.
The role will involve working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other colleagues to develop and implement strategies for improving student behaviour and well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pastoral staff, and will be expected to contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student behaviour and welfare.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and behaviour, and who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of students and staff. If you have a strong background in Education and Behaviour, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
