Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our FX Options Technology team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing technology solutions that support our FX Options business, as well as managing a team of engineers and technologists to deliver these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions for FX Options
  • Manage a team of engineers and technologists to deliver these solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain technical architecture and standards for FX Options technology
  • Ensure that technology solutions are secure, scalable, and meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps to support business growth and innovation
  • Manage technology budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technology partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading technology teams and delivering complex technology solutions
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with software development, architecture, and engineering
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with technology project management and delivery
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and innovations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support business growth and innovation
