Job Summary

As a Senior MRI Radiographer at Nuffield Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to a varied caseload. This will involve working with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, including in the department, on the ward, and in theatre.
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion, taking into account the individual needs of each patient.

Person Specification

  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification.
  • High levels of technical knowledge and experience in radiation protection.
