Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cinematic Artist to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. as a key member of our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cinematic Sequence Creation: Design and develop high-quality cinematic sequences that bring our brand's story to life.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with our creative team to develop a visual narrative that engages and resonates with our audience.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the success of our cinematic projects.
  • Process Development: Establish and drive the pipelines, processes, and methodologies across the cinematic teams to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Project Management: Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality cinematic content.
Requirements:
  • Cinematic Experience: Proven track record of creating high-quality cinematic sequences and visual storytelling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 Sequencer, MotionBuilder, Maya, or equivalent 3D programs.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling principles, cinematic language, literacy, and visual storytelling theory in an interactive medium.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software, as well as Unreal 5 Blueprints and other Unreal tools.
