Right now, we are looking for a Head of Partnerships & Impact Innovation to play a pivotal role in our Philanthropy Service in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing? We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive Hestia's corporate partnerships programme, taking our established work to the next level. In this pivotal role, you will shape and deliver a bold strategy that builds transformative relationships with corporate organisations committed to tackling domestic abuse, sexual violence, modern slavery, and mental health crisis. You will lead a dynamic team to achieve ambitious income targets set out in our new five-year fundraising strategy, stewarding existing partnerships to the highest standards while cultivating new collaborations capable of delivering significant financial and pro bono support. With creativity and vision, you will design innovative partnership propositions and funding models that maximise impact, empower over 20,000 people in Hestia's services to rebuild their lives beyond trauma, and strengthen our profile as a leader in social impact. Here's what the team will be looking for: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong educational background and proven expertise in corporate partnership fundraising. You will have a track record of building and stewarding relationships that deliver five and six figure gifts, alongside senior management experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and leading high-performing teams. With demonstrable success in managing complex, high-value, multi-year charity partnerships, you will bring creativity and innovation to developing transformative propositions that deliver sustained social impact. You will be confident in managing senior stakeholders, influencing at the highest levels, and working collaboratively across departments to maximise opportunities. A deep understanding of the UK corporate partnerships market, its trends, and what motivates organisations is essential, as are excellent communication and influencing skills to translate complex information and build strong relationships. You will be an inspiring leader, numerate and capable in financial and budget management, with experience of using fundraising CRM systems and managing projects within complex organisations. Resilient under pressure and attentive to detail, you will combine problem-solving skills with a proactive, ambitious approach.
