A part-time position has arisen in our busy Estate/ Letting Agency. Philip Evans Estates established in 1980 who specialises in private lettings, student lettings, sales, commercial and investment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Prior experience is not essential and we will provide you with the necessary training and support in order to carry out your role.

The day to day position is varied and requires someone with great communication skills, the ability to prioritise and be very organised.

The role will predominantly be in the lettings department, however there will be the opportunity to be involved in the sales and commercial department, providing you with a well rounded and varied experience.

J O B R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
- providing support to the team
- dealing with general enquiries
- point of contact for tenants/ landlords and organising any maintenance issues
- carrying out viewings and inspections
- assisting with ensuring compliance with statutory legislation covering estate and Letting Agencies
- Preparing marketing materials for advertising on relevant portals and social media
