Full time permanent role, Monday-Friday, 11am-7.00pm or 12noon - 8.00pm

BSI Consulting, part of The BSI Group, manage integrated solutions in three sub-streams:

- BSI Digital Trust (DTC)
- Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), and
- Sustainability Services & Supply Chain (SCS)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist to work in our CSIR (Cyber Security & Information Resilience) Operations team.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient and effective management of consultant schedules, ensuring client projects are delivered with the most appropriately skilled consultant, in the most cost-effective manner, delivering a top-quality service to our clients.

Working with a small group of team oriented colleagues, you will schedule diaries for our Cyber Security and Cyber Risk Advisory teams. Dealing with a wide range of clients and juggling different priorities, this is a busy and interesting role for those who can multitask.
- Be a real team player who supports their colleagues and believes in great customer relationships.
- Works in a highly organised way and is able to effectively handle multiple projects and clients in the same day
- Be experienced in dealing with scheduling or in project management
- Have great communication skills, and is able build rapport easily with colleagues and clients alike
- Enjoy fire-fighting and problem solving, and gain job satisfaction from achieving targets

Key Responsibilities:

- Tracking and planning client engagement schedules, scheduling assignments
- Tracking, planning & scheduling all training courses for CSIR, including managing course requirements and follow ups
- Maintaining the project schedules
- Working with our clients to ensure that the necessary information is provided in preparation for upcoming assessments.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients
- Project co-ordination from inception through completion
- Supporting production of data and reports

Key skills and attributes:
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great organisational skills, strong communication skills and be proficient in reporting. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

- Previous experience of working with CRM and other Professional Services Automation tool

You’ll have the ability to react quickly and with a sense of urgency.

You must be articulate in both written and verbal communication and have a strong ability to produce well-written and well-presented documentation in the English language.

Travel Requirements: this role requires travel to various BSI sites & for other key meetings on a regular but infrequent basis.
