**THE CANDIDATE**

As part Riva’s expansion, we are looking to recruit for a new and exciting role within our business.

**THE ROLE**
- Supporting the sales team.
- Driving our newly launched fabric roll business.
- Participating in Telesales as needed.
- Maintaining regular communication with Head of Sales and Remote sales staff.
- Understanding and practising fulfilment requirements of all Key Wholesale Accounts including supplier portals, delivery terms, compliance & quality assurance.
- Monitoring and managing aspects of our Trade Portal
- Monitoring and managing _Freshdesk_ CRS for the Sales Team.
- Inputting critical seasonal data for Key Wholesale Accounts such as: product availability, due dates, cost prices, forecasts & call offs.
- Regularly liaising with Operations/Warehouse Department to ensure fulfilment of all Wholesale Customer orders are being optimised.
- Proven Administrative & Customer Support experience.
- Intuitive, organised & able to confidently manage both verbal & written tasks.
- A brilliant communicator who is happy to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
- Process driven and a problem solver who has a keen eye for detail and ability to take responsibility for administrative & operational tasks.
- Focused on customer care & dedicated to ensuring work is completed both promptly & professionally to ensure the highest levels of service are maintained.
- Excellent time management skills and be able to work in an office full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Microsoft Office proficient and possess PC skills for digital order processing & distribution.
- Previous experience working in an office environment with B2B Wholesale Customers.
- Sales and/or Telesales experience.
- Previous experience in customer care. Experience with Freshdesk and/or Shopify helpful.
- Possess an interest and understanding of operational tasks in an office/warehouse environment.
- Experience with home têxtiles or fabrics helpful.
