**Sales Order Administrator**

PPG Architectural Coatings is a leading and well-established global paint company with their Ireland office based in Carrickfergus. We are looking to recruit a Sales Order Administrator.

**Working hours**:
8:30 to 16:30 Mon-Thurs

8:30 to 15:30 Friday

Total of 35,25 hours a week

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter customer orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Send customers order acknowledgements and invoices when requested
- Investigate and respond to all customer queries, enquiries or complaints
- Provide main support to sales representatives and all other areas of the business
- Participate in telesales events
- Build relationships with customers
- Gain knowledge of all PPG and 3rd party products
- Ensure you are up to date with promotional activity

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Work as part of a small team
- Good IT knowledge (Outlook,Excel and other Microsoft tools)
- Previous experience in administrative or retail environment
