**Property Negotiator - Fulltime - Whitehaven Office**

**The Role**: We are currently looking for a Property Negotiator for our Whitehaven Office, someone who is passionate, full of energy, customer service driven and has a ‘can do’ attitude giving them the ability to thrive in a very busy office environment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Reception management
- Handling initial enquiries
- Arranging viewings and market appraisals
- Carrying out viewings and viewing feedback
- Offer Negotiation
- Sales Progression
- Property Reviews
- Business generation - seeking opportunities
- Achieving agreed office sales targets
