Trainee Property Valuer

We are helping an independent, award-winning estate agent, in Whitehaven, to find the perfect person to join their team as a Trainee Property Valuer.

You will be joining an award-winning, independent estate agent covering the whole of West Cumbria. They are a people-orientated company and this reflects in their values and company culture.

Due to increased activity at the Whitehaven Office, they are looking for a confident and ambitious individual to join their team. If you love people, variety and going above and beyond, then a move into estate agency could be right up your street

**Your new job**

You will be trained, on the job, to:

- Generate market appraisals
- Carry out valuations
- Win instructions
- Maintain customer relationships
- Offer professional advice

- Driving license and own car (generous car allowance and mileage is paid as part of your overall package).

- Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm (early finish, 5:00pm, on Fridays) and one in every three or four Saturdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm (you get Monday off in lieu when you have worked on Saturdays).
