Office Administrator

Philip Grahame International is a leading manufacturer of cable containment products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Office Administrator at our premises on the Dukes Park Industrial Estate in Chelmsford, Essex.
**Reports To -**
The Office Administrator will report to the Sales Office Manager.
**Job Overview -**
The Office Administrator supports the Sales team with the day-to-day processing of customer orders.
No prior experience necessary, full training and support will be provided.
**Responsibilities and Duties include**:
- Processing quotations for new and existing customers.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Checking data accuracy on orders, ensuring prices are still valid from quote conversions.
- Resolving queries with customers and the production team.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
40hrs per week - Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
