**Fixed Term contract**

Salary - £50-£60K depending on experience.

**Position Overview**:
The Head of Recruitment will lead our organisation's entire recruitment process, from defining strategy to executing hiring plans. This role requires a visionary leader who can innovate and scale our recruiting efforts while ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the organisation’s recruitment goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the recruitment process is aligned with departmental goals.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies, making adjustments based on performance metrics and market trends.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion are embedded in the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment budgets and negotiate contracts with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Stay abreast of the latest recruitment technologies and practices, implementing innovative tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Develop employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing and communications department to attract top talent.
- Handle high-level recruitment for senior positions within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree desirable.
- Proven experience in a recruitment leadership role, with a track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Deep knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
