About the Company:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most highly-regarded, medium sized international recruitment businesses in the market. This company is renowned for their expertise in the senior end of the recruitment and search market.


The business has successfully established itself internationally having offices in the UK, USA and Asia and has lead the market for the last 25 years. They have a well established and loyal client base within the financial services spaces, including excellent relationships with multiple companies within the FTSE 250.


Role Overview:

As the Head of CFO Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing this new strategic service line. Your primary objective will be to establish and expand this team into one of the most profitable functions within the company. With a proven international track record in the industry, you will have the opportunity to leverage and elevate the presence of the company within the finance recruitment market.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of strategies to grow the CFO recruitment division.

Manage and expand a team of high-performing recruiters.

Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the finance recruitment sector across multiple industries.

Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing high-value recruitment opportunities.

Leverage entrepreneurial control to enhance the company’s market presence through innovative outreach strategies.


Requirements:

Proven experience in financial and accounting recruitment.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow teams.

Experience working on high-value roles is preferred.

Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
