**What we’re looking for**:
- Are you an expert in internal quality assurance practices for Apprenticeship standards and other accredited qualifications?
- Are you an expert in the Care & Support and Customer Service sectors?
- Do you have experience of co-ordinating and undertaking internal quality assurance activities?
- Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various situations either face to face, on the phone and/or digital platforms?
- Are you experienced in delivering high quality lessons/ learning programmes in a variety of learning environments including classroom based and online?
- Do you hold a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths?
- Are you experienced in working with the Ofsted inspection framework?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an **Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) & Skills Trainer** on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.

**A bit about the role**:
As an **Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) & Skills Trainer**, you will carry out Internal Quality Assurance activities and provide support for other Skills Trainers to ensure high quality assessment practices across the academy. In addition, you will plan for, teach, and support Apprentices and colleagues to complete training and achieve qualifications.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Working with the Academy Team in achieving its vision and mission and developing and implementing Peabody’s Strategic Plan.
- Assist in the development of curriculum through internal quality assurance and standardisation activities.
- Provide accurate and timely assessment feedback to Skills Trainers, and maintain quality assurance records, including tracking and reporting of learner progress in line with the Quality Assurance framework.
- Deliver in-house training and support aligned to our Quality Assurance framework, including formative and summative assessment practices.
- Engage with quality management processes to ensure that teaching maintains Outstanding OFSTED standards.
- Embed and implement all relevant policies and procedures including but not limited to the Assessment and Verification Policy and the Internal Quality Assurance Policy.
- Continually monitor and review learners’ progress and carry out duties relating to the improvement of the learner experience, attendance, retention, and achievement, to bring about positive destinations and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the promotion and effective implementation of Peabody’s Policies including Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, Prevent, etc. and play an active role in keeping learners safe in their learning environment.
- This role will require an Enhanced DBS check._
- A minimum of 2 days working on site is required._
