Part-time Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time administrator to work at our Dental Laboratory.
They will be helping our team of Dental Technicians to effectively manage and execute the manufacture of Dental Appliances for Dentists and will need to be flexible and confident working without supervision, with a positive can-do attitude.
A very basic background knowledge of Dental terminology would be useful but is **by no means essential**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right person or department or assisting with the enquiry if able to.
- Communicating information to and from our staff (Dental Technicians) and clients (Dental Surgeries)
- Ensuring all communications and paperwork is up to date
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
