Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a full time, contracted Facilities Coordinator for a public sector organisation based in the North Yorkshire region. This role will be working closely with the maintenance department in overseeing thehealth & safety processes are followed and meet all regulatory obligations.

**Day to Day Responsibilities of Facilities Coordinator**
- Become a point of contact for all health & safety related compliance issues
- Delivery a high quality, customer focused compliance service meeting all statutory requirements of a registered social housing landlord
- Take responsibility for setting up, monitoring and managing IT systems i.e. excel
- Support maintenance department in preparing work specifications and liaising with contractors in relation to health & Safety

**Essential Requirements of Facilities Coordinator**
- Experience working with maintenance contractors
- Experience of compiling risk assessments and fire risk assessments
- Knowledge of implementing policies and procedures related to health & safety
- UK Driving Licence
