Due to recent expansion, we are looking for successful & experienced new business sales negotiators, who have a drive to succeed as well as a passion for their company’s progression, achievement, and development. You will be already working successfully in a similar role, within outbound B2B sales. Your primary objective will be prospecting potential clients who advertise their business for sale to sell them our services and benefits. You will also source business’/property for investors. You will be responsible for obtaining client information, agreement, and suitable Identification with no up-front cost to our clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Be self-motivated and highly driven to bring sales
- Contact potential clients to secure their business
- Up-selling necessary products and services
- Achieving set quantity and monetary KPI’s
- Showing support to other team members by being a team player
- Displaying positivity and drive
- Manage your own database of new leads and call backs
- Creating innovative ways of lead generation, as well as self-generation

**Salary & Bonus**:

- **£18,000 with a realistic OTE of £42,000**:

- **£300 commission per sale with a KPI 2-3 sales per day and commission is uncapped**.
- **Additional commission through upsells available**:

- **Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm**:

- **No evening, weekends, or bank holidays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
