Working for a manufacturing company, an**Administrator** position has arisen to join a small team based in the Bidford area. An opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Advisor to develop their skill-set and progresswithin a company.

**Duties of this Administrator role include;**
- Processing purchase orders
- Chasing suppliers over the phone to ensure delivery deadlines are adhered to
- Providing administrative support to the Purchasing team
- Updating the system (Sage) ensuring prices are updated and correct
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Data entry and general administration

**Desirable skills and experience include;**
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Moderate experience with Excel, use of VLookups would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Any prior experience working with purchase orders or quotations

Excellent opportunities available to progress within this company, initially with a starting salary of £20-25,000p/a plus bonus. Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with an early finish on Fridays.
