**Job Role**

As Administration and Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will be working within the Merchandise Production Team, but undertaking tasks relating to several different departments within the business, so this role offers a lot of variety and the potential for career progression.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting the logistics team to ensure that any stock shipped from abroad is accurately delivered and booked into the correct storage locations.
- Compiling detailed reports from the packing lists of inbound shipments for the dispatch team to work from and plan deliveries.
- On stock arrival, assist the warehouse team with physical checks to ensure quantity and quality are acceptable.
- Processing orders using Sage 200, ensuring the transfer of data from Excel documents is accurate.
- Aiding the Marketplace Team with the delivery, tracking and invoicing of orders (including those to Amazon).
- Check and ensure all products meet Amazon’s compliance standards for the UK and EU.
- Photographing products to document that they meet Amazon's guidelines.
- Monitoring and managing returns from Amazon, including overstocked, damaged, or slow-selling items.
- Monitoring and labelling samples and ensuring they reach the correct departments within the business promptly and arranging photography of new items when necessary.
- Carrying out ad hoc duties to support the Production Manager and Marketplace Manager.

A knowledge of Excel is essential, and Sage 200 would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.

**Pay**

£24K+ depending on experience.

**Hours / Days**

Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16.00 as standard.
