We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join the team during an exciting period of growth to oversee the delivery and operational functions of our external customer training offering. In the role of a Training Coordinator you will be required to provide high levels of quality service to all customers in line with company policy and procedure to support the delivery of the Training Department targets and offering support with enquires and seamlessly converting them into sales and training course bookings.

**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Customer invoice and relationship management
- Maximise the conversion rate of enquiries
- Sales order processing and supplier PO placement
- Achieve revenue, cost and profit targets
- Maintain trainer utilisation and course occupancy at the required levels
- Processing certification and course administration
- Work with a network of external training providers and courses to supplement Sunbelt Rentals own training offering
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers throughout Sunbelt Rentals to achieve company objectives
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

To succeed as a Training coordinator you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

- Demonstrable customer service and administration skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skill - including negotiating and influencing
- Ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team - you’ll be an effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach.
- Comfortable using your own initiative to make decisions in line with company policies and pricing structures
- A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to continuous improvement, puts forward and acts on suggestions to improve processes and service levels.
- A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages
- Knowledge of technical health & safety courses such as IPAF, PASMA, LA, Confined Space, CITB, C&G and plant training (Desirable)
