**About Us**

**Job Summary**
You will provide comprehensive support and will be a, dedicated, reliable and person-focused individual who enjoys working with a wide range of people. You will have a working knowledge of Office 365 programs and be adept to learning new systems and programmes. This includes using computerised information systems, word-processing, taking minutes at various meetings, developing and maintaining electronic filing systems and producing reports. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and strong organisation and time management skills to provide comprehensive, accurate and responsive project and administrative support. You will be aware of the need for confidentiality and integrity. A knowledge of clinical systems, Health and Social Care terminology, structures and pathways would be a strong advantage.

**Overview of Role**
- Support projects that form part of GPN’s Strategic Objectives and Operating Plan
- Support the project team to identify unmet need within defined patient populations and plan and implement services to meet this need
- Provide support to Projects across the organisation
- Create and maintain documentation for a number of projects including project plans, GANTT charts, minutes of meetings, preparing agendas, Terms of Reference, risk registers and action trackers, as requested, ensuring work is of a high standard
- Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including, GP surgeries and other key stakeholders on projects and initiatives
- Own and distribute project highlight reports and newsletters keeping stakeholders informed on developments
- Attend and actively participate in team and project meetings and where required take actions/minutes
- Support the Head of Practice Engagement and Partnership with updating the risk registers and raising any concerns with risk management
- Providing day to day administrative support to the Practice Engagement and Partnership Team including coordinating diary management for the team, document, and data management;
- Supporting the Team by providing strong governance processes through maintaining electronic files and storing associated documents within these
- Ensure reports and papers are prepared and forwarded by agreed deadlines
- Organise workload to ensure deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently

**Essential requirements**
- A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of people from different backgrounds at all levels of seniority
- The ability to prioritise and balance a range of competing tasks to deliver to agreed timescales

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required**
- Previous Administration role, preferably with customer/patient facing experience
- Experience of communicating with people at all levels
- Experience of working under pressure and deadlines
- Excellent time management and coordination

**Behaviours and Values**

- Understanding of the pressures within Health and Social Care
- Able to recognise personal limitations and refer to more appropriate colleague(s) when necessary

**Salary**: £21,274.50-£24,000.00 per year
