Are you looking for an administration position in which you can make a real difference.- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Fleet Admin (including processing of Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) and Fines, raising of Daily, Weekly and Monthly PO’s, scheduled reporting / provision of MI).
- Ensure that the Customer is charged correctly as per the Contractual agreement as well as providing key Operational reports as per the agreed deadlines.
- Check drivers’ timesheets and scan & send to agency for processing on a weekly basis.
- Create weekly Purchase Orders for Agency staff after checking costing information sent through by each branch.
- Raise various other Operational Purchase Orders for Fleet hires, repairs, fuel orders etc.
- Investigate any queries, check any blocked, parked or stopped Purchase Orders on price/qty issues
- In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, where appropriate training will be provided

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience of working in an admin role and/or a transport environment.
- Computer literate with basic excel skills, with the ability to demonstrate your ability to work with formulas
- Excellent communication skills to support internal and external customer needs.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to meet strict deadlines
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management with some flexibility
- The ability to meet the challenge of changing requirements of our lead partner and end customer
