**The Opportunity**: An exciting and fast paced role where you will be responsible for organising the game shooting programme over two prestigious sporting estates and support the planning and facilitation of further diversification into other leisure activities on these estates. The role will entail managing sales, marketing, and administration of shoot days, through to coordination of the days, ensuring all hospitality needs are met. In addition, you will implement and run a programme of seasonal country events and activities along with helping develop new diversification projects.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Essential**_
- Knowledge and interest in field sports, in particular game shooting
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Vibrant and outgoing personality, enjoys entertaining and talking to people
- Excellent time management skills; the ability to manage own time, multi-task, and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Has tenacity and the drive to implement new business opportunities
- Ability to be very versatile, flexible and creative
- Full driving licence
- **Desirable**_
- Agricultural related qualification

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
