Air Export Co-ordinator

Right Now Group are currently recruiting for multiple roles for our client who is moving base from Borehamwood to the heart of Heathrow. They have vacancies for multiple Air Export Agents to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experiencedAir Export Co-oridnator with a logístical mind to join a thriving transportation organisation focusing on Air. You will become a part of the London branch providing excellent customer experience from start to finish, including quotes, preparing documentation,arranging shipment/deliveries, invoicing and all other functions as required.

The role will involve:

- Arranging shipments from start to finish
- Receiving orders from various channels, agents & customers
- Quotations to current and potential customers
- Making bookings with truckers, airlines etc
- Prioritising shipments; routine, critical & AOG
- Raising job files and the appropriate paperwork
- Liaising with our overseas offices
- Ensuring the shipments follow the correct shipping procedures (post flight)
- Creating invoices in the system
- Create new customers profiles in the system
- Check and book incoming invoices
- Outstanding debtors list in cooperation with admin
- Assisting the Finance department when needed
- Previous working experience within a Freight Forwarder
- Knowledge of time critical traffic
- Knowledge of customs entries
- Good geographical knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Hands on approach to teamwork
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in shifts evening and weekend (this is from home and will be paid at time a half)

Possibility to work remotely on occasion

Monday to Friday - 8 hour working day but varying start times available
