Exciting opprortunity with growing business to join their successful team as a Transport Co-Ordinator. Our client, leading airfreight transport company, based in Housnlow is expanding their Transport team and are looking for day planners to cover 4on 4off shifts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Co-ordinate customer deliveries and meet their requests, liaising promptly and efficiently with drivers to ensure they are fulfilled.
- Plan, schedule and manage HGV Drivers
- Prepare and submit air waybills and other shipping documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange for collection and delivery of shipments, coordinating with customs authorities if necessary.
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate any potential delays or issues to customers.
- Manage and resolve any discrepancies or problems that may arise during transit.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant air cargo regulations and compliance requirements.
- Manage and classify dangerous goods shipments according to IATA regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AIR and ROAD freight logistics
- Strong understanding of airfreight regulations and procedures, including IATA regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
