Due to **continued growth** the position of **BIM Co-ordinator **has become available to join our successful team based in **Heathrow**.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period “H7”, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen’s Terminal.

As our BIM Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for will liaising with the project team and suppliers to delivery outstanding value on behalf of our clients. The role will involve the co-ordination of the deliverables required by the client for the concept design phase of this project. The deliverables which are primarily numerous reports produced by a combination of the project management team, internal and external design consultants, and supply chain partners.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience and knowledgeable in BIM, preferably integration of it into a business or projects
- Minimum qualifications HND in a suitable field
- Understanding of the digital tool sets required to carry out the work required (Autodesk/Bentley/Trimble etc)
- Develop and implement IEP’s and MIDP’s with designers
- Support and lead document control in line with new ISO standards
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
