Key responsibilities and tasks are as follows:
- Checking of documents to ensure accurate information is retained.
- Ensure calls are monitored and standards are kept high.
- Quality checking and flagging reoccurring trends.
- Help develop procedure to further business.
- Take and provide feedback from employees to aid training and development.
- General office administration.
Who you are and what we are looking for:
- Previous administration experience in an office environment.
- Strong attention to detail skills.
- Self-motivated and be able to manage time effectively.
- Confident individual who is prepared to put their ideas forward.
