**Job Summary**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join Belvoir Loughborough as a Property Coordinator in our lettings department on a part time basis. This is a varied role that would suit someone with property management and lettings knowledge or someone who is looking for a new challenge. The role will be challenging, interesting, exciting and rewarding.

**Personal Specification**
**Main Duties**
You will be carrying out inspections and check-outs as well as liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to help co-ordinate maintenance issues. You will meet different types of people, negotiating with different parties and progressing files to completion. Part of the role will involve administration, helping with other areas of the business and generally being involved with the team. This role would suit someone who is honest, loyal, dedicated, enthusiastic, gets satisfaction from doing a good job, provides excellent customer service and enjoys working with a variety of people.
**Benefits**
Full time equivalent salary in the region of £22,500 which would be adjusted depending on the number of days worked. You would be entitled to 20 days holiday per annum (pro rata for part time) plus bank holidays.
