We are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join the HR team and advise employees on the appropriate use of HR processes, tools and policies at an operational level. This is a Monday - Friday role, working 8:30am-4:30pm.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role are to:

- Respond to employee and manager queries
- Support managers with formal meetings, ensuring a fair and reasonable process is followed at all times
- Monitor and review absence and ongoing casework, ensuring appropriate action is taken
- Ensure all HR processes are accurately documented
- Support managers with performance improvement and engagement initiatives
- Monitor and review KPI data, looking for trends and areas of improvement
- Recruitment activity such as advertising, liaising with recruiters, assisting with interviews and ensuring all new starters have a positive onboarding experience
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health requirements, including scheduling of clinics and processing appropriate referrals
- Promote employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Produce and publish employee communications
- Provide input into the review of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects
- Other administrative duties

The key skills for this role are:

- Previous experience dealing with ER issues
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels, cross-functionally
- Approachable, reliable and attentive
- Well organised and proactive
- Excellent communicator
- GDPR compliant
