CMA Recruitment Group are working with a growing business based in Whiteley, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy on a permanent basis.
**What will the role involve**:

- Daily cash management tasks across a number of bank accounts;
- To be familiar with banking and payment processes; billing and cash collection, formatting and systems;
- Review the efficiency of our current payments process and make recommendations for improvements;
- Be responsible and manage the upload of all payment spreadsheets;
- Ensure any reconciliation items within the payments process are investigated and cleared in a timely manner;
- Be responsible for the input of payments provided to you by the administration teams and working within the prescribed timeframes to ensure payment deadlines are met.
- The suitable Purchase Ledger Assistant will have prior experience working within a purchase ledger function or someone an administrative background who is keen to learn;
- Strong attention to detail is required.
