What matters is you have what it takes to help Vanclaron CHATS to move into its next phase in delivering for our community and working with our health and social care partners to tackle health inequality among the ethnically diverse communities in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
**About the role**
This is an exciting new post encompassing all Vanclaron's Wellbeing Hub activities and operations
- from emotional wellbeing and behavioural change education in long term conditions - chronic disease education & wellbeing courses, day care centre management, etc. Vanclaron has been delivering health and wellbeing support and services since its inception in 2019. We have just moved into a bigger premises (Wellbeing Hub) with opportunity to deliver more support and services and new projects to our service users and community.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
Day to day responsibility, with the directors and steering committee, for the co-ordination, operation, management, monitoring, improvement and development of the Vanclaron CHATS Wellbeing Hub including line management of a small number of sessional staff, Placement students and volunteers.

Community Wellbeing Projects Co-ordinator.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Day to day co-ordination, operation and management of the Vanclaron CHATS Wellbeing Hub
- Ensure that the hub is open and operational for 40 hours a week.
- Ensure that the hub is operating in line with health and safety policies and procedures, to protect the welfare of all those who enter the hub.
- Be a first point of contact for people entering the hub, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service, acting with discretion and in line with GDPR guidelines at all times.
- Overall responsibility for the administration and facilitation of projects which operate from the hub, including timetabling, managing bookings, marketing and recruitment of eligible service users.
- Work with other staff to liaise with partnership organisations and service users/potential clients in relation to the hub.
- Liaise with other Vanclaron staff to assist with identifying and securing sources of funding sufficient to support with maintaining the running costs of the hub.
- To ensure, with other staff, the necessary policies, such as racial and gender equality, health and safety, etc. are implemented within the hub and reviewed as necessary in response to any legislative changes or unforeseen circumstances which may arise within the hub.
- Facilitate sessions, workshops and deliver activities within the hub which pertain to your skillset and which operate in line with funding which Vanclaron has received to deliver projects.
- Work to maintain sustainability and drive nominal growth for the operations within the Vanclaron CHATS hub, in collaboration with the staff team, placement students and volunteers.
2. Monitoring and improving the Vanclaron CHATS hub
- Work with other staff in data collection in relation to the hub including designing, organising, distributing and digitising (where appropriate/necessary) data collection pertaining to the hub itself and the services which operate from there.
- Take a key role in analysing and evaluating data which relates to the hub and its services as required and then communicating that data appropriately in line with the needs of the hub.
- Ensure that outcomes of data collection are communicated to the rest of the staff at Vanclaron, such that collective awareness of issues, areas of strength and areas for improvement is maintained.
- Ensure that feedback which relates to improving the hub is acted upon in a timely and appropriate manner, in ways which benefit the hub itself and the organisation as a whole.
3. Development of the Vanclaron CHATS hub
- Day to day coordination and supervision of the hub and its resources.
- To have joint responsibility with the Community Wellbeing Projects Co-ordinator and the Community wellbeing project and service lead for the development of the hub.
