Nottingham, United Kingdom The Condition Management Company Full time

The Condition Management Company is focused on delivering effective treatment to meet the individual needs of each client. We are looking for a skilled Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join us as a Wellbeing Navigator, working from our Nottingham location.

The Condition Management Company is led by clinicians with over 60 years in combined clinical experience and service design, across Nottingham and further afield. Our team have developed, operated and evaluated large scale services for the NHS and Department of Work and Pensions. We’re looking for a qualified PWP with a high degree of professionalism and sensitivity, who is interested in getting involved in a variety of projects, and can work with this developing service as we bring more projects on board. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality treatments that are flexible and responsive to our clients to enable them to reach their goals.
