**Your role**:
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you'll report to our Global Mobility Manager to provide support and guidance in navigating the intricacies of international assignments. From assisting employees along the way to ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations, you'll be at the forefront of our global mobility efforts. Collaborating with an array of internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience for our international workforce.

**Here’s how you will help**:
The Global Mobility Specialist will work for the Vacuum Technique business area in relation to various Global Mobility processes with specific accountability in the following areas:
- International Assignments - support the start to finish activities, utilising the assignment case management system.
- Undertake projects which contribute to the development of global mobility processes across the company, particularly around digitalisation.
- Primary point of contact for the Business Traveler Tool, managing queries on the tool and with key responsibilities in system support and managing compliance.
- Data integrity and reporting.
- You will be expected to reflect and review processes constantly (admin/no added value activities), as part of the role to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the needs of an ever-changing environment and work with the relevant stakeholders.

**To succeed, you need**:

- A passion for global mobility and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
- Knowledge of UK immigration, tax, and social security regulations, with experience managing expatriate assignments would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a knack for problem-solving
- You have a collaborative spirit.
- Able to understand different cultures worldwide and act in a culturally sensitive way.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy work schedule.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible and resourceful to deal with a variety of issues as they arise.
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
