**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
You will be part of a fast-moving environment, with no two days looking the same. As a Plumbing Service Coordinator, you will work alongside a team of experienced plumbers organising and planning their schedules including planned and reactive work.
- Coordinate and schedule service/installation appointments for technicians
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Log all activities in a timely manner on company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of job requests
- Plan routes to economise technicians time and fuel economy
- Provide detailed technical quotes
- Order parts when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above to include English and Mathematics.
- 3-5 years of experience in the plumbing industry, NVQ 2 in plumbing studies would be adventageous.
- Minimum 3 years experience within customer service, inbound/outbound calls and job dispatching/ booking.
- Accurate data entry.
- Computer skills, such as Microsoft suite.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage customers expectations on all levels.
- Ability to react quickly to daily operational challenges.
- Self-managed and motivated.
- An ability to deal professionally, calmly, and tactfully with customers and always maintain strict confidentiality.
- Self-managed and motivated.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
