Sales Office Administrator, Middlewich £24,000 DOE
**As the Sales Office Administrator you will be rewarded with a wide range of company benefits such;**

**Skills and experience for the Sales Office Administrator;**
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports using Sage BI reporting as required
- Arrange shipment of product samples when requested by Customers or Sales Team for customers
- Assist managing the service contracts with all suppliers including arranging site visits and inspections
- Ensure that product specification for or all suppliers are kept up to date in a log available to all users/stakeholders.
- Order Processing: Acknowledge sales orders received, clarify order details and communicate all information required, accurately, to the warehouse team in line with established procedures.
- Customer Service: Liaise with production and warehouse team to ensure customer’s product, labelling and delivery requirements are met and incorporated into Warehouse database as required; Inform customer of any variations, escalating to Account Managerwhere appropriate.
- Invoicing: Ensure customer invoices are raised correctly and accurately
- Export knowledge, from order input to delivery of goods to customer in EU and ROW.
- Processing orders onto Sage200
- Supporting Account Managers on the road with admin
- Checking up to date pricing
- Chasing outstanding deliveries
- Logging all goods received accurately
- Checking booking paperwork for discrepancies
- Dispatching goods on Sage

**Hours of work**:
**Monday toThursday9am - 5pm**

**Friday 9 - 4pm
