Here at 3M Resourcing we are working with a highly reputable company in the Middlewich area.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator.
Salary between £23,000 to £24,000 per annum
Working days - Monday to Friday
Contract type - Full time, permanent
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, high level of customer service, and the ability to multitask effectively, we encourage you to apply.
- Duties:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Showing initiative and providing solutions to overcome obstacles
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Uphold office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Organising, prioritising, and managing own workload to meet customer demand
- GCSE’s at Grade 4 (C) or above (or equivalent) which must include Maths and English
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Previous experience within an administration role.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Hold a keen eye for detail to ensure information is accurate
