This is a part time position with flexible hours for someone who is looking for an admin role working as part of a small friendly team in a commercial vehicle repairs workshop.

There will be a variety of administration duties including;
- Processing job cards of work carried out in the workshop.
- Keeping records up to date in the workshop diary.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Ordering parts from suppliers for the technicians and processing any returns back to suppliers.
- Converting job cards to invoicing once work is complete.
- Liasing with customers on progress of vehicles in the workshop.
- Updating databases and spreadsheets.
- Good computer skills essential.
- Excellent customer care skills essential.
- Full training will be given to operate bespoke company database.

Immediate start available on successful interview.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
