We want to be a network of schools which outperform their context and to do that we need exceptional leaders.
We seek an ambitious, adaptable and flexible Trust Executive Principal with a proven track record of leading rapid improvement in schools and developing sustainable and successful leadership teams. As a pivotal member of the Education team, you will report directly to a member of the education team. Your role will involve close collaboration with Regional Education Directors and the school improvement team.

You will need to be open to working anywhere across our network of schools for extended periods of time, overseeing schools directly and operationally on-site for at least 12 months at a time. Your work will focus on driving academic improvement, building sustainable leadership teams and elevating standards to enhance the educational outcomes across our schools.
