This is an ideal role for someone looking for a varied, busy workload with flexible hours (15-20 hrs per week).

**The Role**:

- Speaking to clients on a regular basis to gauge requirements and update on progress
- Using social media and job boards to post job advertisements
- Logging all relevant data onto CRM system

**The Person**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Administrator within a busy environment
- Minimum of 5 (A*- C) GCSE grades including English & Maths with good accuracy in spelling, grammar and numeracy
- Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in a small company (sometimes on your own) environment
