Customer Operations Administrator

As a key player in our operations function, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers' holiday experiences are nothing short of exceptional.**

**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Using a variety of systems to book all elements required on a customer’s holiday - i.e. Train travel, excursions and tours
- Quality check all bookings within 72 hours to ensure all elements are correct
- Action sending of reports, SMS messaging and reconfirming elements of individual bookings
- To manage any Holiday Payment incoming calls from customers to take payments
- To assist with reconfirming elements of customers’ holidays during peak travel months
- To assist with any overflow calls and triage these into the correct areas where required
- Explore ways of improving processes to benefit the customer and business
- Action all customer and departmental enquiries professionally and any associated costs authorised as per guidelines, within the given time frames ensuring all actions are recorded within the booking accurately
- To assist with Customer Survey responses and general admin to assist in response to post holiday complaints
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent from the travel industry
- Excellent attention to detail along the ability to prioritise workloads against tight time frames
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner and ability to build great relationships
- The highest level of tenacity, curiosity, and a strong work ethic with an aim to self-develop skillsets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
